Hemingway Chapel Landing is a new home community coming to Conway. Locals are likely to recognize the name “Hemingway Chapel” as the Hemingway Chapel Church, which resides on the corner of Kates Bay Highway and Hemingway Chapel Road, has been there for numerous decades.

Hemingway Chapel Landing is conveniently located slightly west of downtown Conway, close to Highway 701. This new subdivision in Conway is located at the intersection of Hemingway Chapel Road and Rasberry Lane, across from the New Castle subdivision and adjacent to the Oak Glenn and Rosehaven subdivisions.

D. R. Horton is the builder in Hemingway Chapel Landing. D. R. Horton has been the largest homebuilder by volume in the US for several years and is very active in the Myrtle Beach area, with over 30 ongoing development projects in the area.  D. R. Horton is proposing to have Hemingway Chapel Landing be a conservation subdivision. With a conservation subdivision design, open space will need to be preserved, with a minimum of 30% of the net buildable area of the property needing to be left undeveloped and used for both conservation of the natural environment and human recreation.

D. R. Horton has not yet announced specific plans, timing and pricing for the new home community of Hemingway Chapel Landing.
